COURT-ORDERED COUNSELING IN ARIZONA
Arizona courts and the MVD require between 16 and 108 total hours of drug and alcohol screening, education, counseling, or treatment following a DUI conviction. Exactly how many hours you’re required to complete depends on the specifics of your case — a standard first-offense DUI generally falls toward the lower end of that range, while extreme DUI, aggravated DUI, and repeat offenses typically require significantly more court-ordered counseling.
Ahava Wellness Center is a state-recognized provider for this full continuum of care. We start with a clinical screening to determine exactly what your court or MVD order requires, then build a program that satisfies it from day one.
